Studies show that healthy employees help organizations thrive by being at work and being productive! But that is only one reason why we offer a Wellness Program here at DDKS. With a staff of just over 100 employees, DDKS is more than just a group of people working together; we are an extended family. So we want to do everything possible to help our employees maintain their health and well-being.
The DDKS Wellness Program incorporates exercise, ergonomics, community involvement and health and wellness events, such as membership in healthy weight or smoking cessation class. The program encourages employee participation with rewards for achieved milestones.
As a company, we are always looking for additional ways to involve our employees in healthy activities. We are always striving to make our organization a healthy one!
