We keep our employees informed! Here are just a few ways in which we are able to accomplish effective communication at DDKS:
►Each quarter the DDKS Leadership Team facilitates an "All Employee Meeting" where employees meet, have a light breakfast and discuss the status of corporate and department initiatives.
►The President and CEO meets with employees throughout the year to discuss corporate, departmental and individual initiatives.
►The Communciations department develops monthly newsletters that discuss upcoming events, welcomes new employees and highlights DDKS activities.
►The DDKS Intranet is kept up to date to help employees stay abreast of organizational knowledge.
►A Knowledge Management System and collaboration tool is currently in development to house dental information for employees to access and share knowledge.
DDKS employees always know where they stand! Here at DDKS, the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at all levels of the organization has definitely helped the organization reach breakthrough results. It has also helped employees understand where they stand in terms of the organization’s goals, corporate initiatives and how their individual performance relates to the company's strategy.
Have we mentioned that if an employee meets or exceeds the expected performance, he or she may be eligible to receive an annual merit increase and/or a performance incentive!
